Clients here at Ingram Road asked us at Bellis | Architects to extend the rear of the existing house with an in-filling project. The new volume is creating a new enlarged room for the kitchen and dining space that will be linked with the existing formal dining room and living. The new layout has given opportunity to create the addition of a small but useful utility room. Wider and fully height patio-doors together with a new picture window will open up the view from the inside to the rear garden and three new rooflights will flood the volumes with natural light.
