Here Bellis | Architects produced a scheme to remodel the existing dilapidated accommodation within this annex building.

A new structure was inserted within the existing building envelope with floor levels adjusted to provide access into the main Tudor building resulting in the delivery of highly valuable retail space.

The remodelled space now provides five beauty treatment rooms , style services and personal shopping facilities.
