Here Bellis | Architects prepared a redevlopment scheme of a former warehouse in the artisan area of Kennington, exploiting the linear nature of the site offering dual aspect living accomoodation around an internal lightwell providing natural light deep into the plan of each property.

Acknowledging the importance of the environment a landscaped roof and planted facade are being proposed to offer a refreshing and soft appearance to the street scene.
