Located adjacent to the Grade 2 listed Titanic Mill Hotel & Spa set within the remnants of an industrial warehouse, a new 80 cover restaurant & bar has been conceived with facilities to cater for temporary marquee events adjacent.

The restaurant is reinforced with an overall strategy which aims to unify the elements of car parking, landscaping, vehicular/pedestrian routes thoughout the site.
