Bellis | Architects have maximized vacant site on prominent corner site, providing much needed accommodation in this town centre location.

The design responds to the character of the town and helps strengthen the definition of the street by providing a defined street edge with active frontage provided by extensive glazing enabling direct views from the flats onto the street, incorporating a traditionally designed façade with efficient internal flat layouts maximising the potential of the site.
