Bellis | Architects have developed the framework and outline masterplan for a new outdoor velodrome and community park for the Isle of Man Cycling Association.

The velodrome will be a facility available to the whole community envisaged as a nucleus of social activity and healthy living integrated into a heavily landscaped park offering a wide range of uses and character areas.

The design exploits the natural topography of the land reducing its visual impact whilst providing distant views out to the surrounding context.
