After an extended planning process, bellis | architects secured planning approval for a new replacement 5 storey building with full basement under. 

The new building relates in height with that of others in the surrounding area but, given its prominent position at the end of an existing terrace, will emerge with its distinctive character. With the high demand of new residential accommodation in the area, we expect this to act as a catalyst for others along the same terrace to propose similar redevelopments in the near future.

The new development provides a ground floor commercial / retail space with basement floor expanding under the whole site footprint together with 19 high quality residential apartments on the floors above, ranging from 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments all with private amenity space.
